When it was discovered that institutions were all buying BTC, the narrative of BTC changed dramatically, and long-term firm holding became the strongest consensus. When institutions start buying ETH, the narrative of ETH changes significantly, but buying seems to have not caused a major change in consensus in the past or present. I am not sure if consensus will emerge as ETH rises higher and higher, let alone if this' consensus' is sufficient to form higher support.
