According to Foresight News, James Howells, a British man who lost a £ 620 million Bitcoin hard drive, tweeted that he had made multiple attempts to contact Newport City Council over the past 12 years, including public proposals, percentage sharing, mediation, legal action, and over £ 25 million in offers, but all were ignored. Now it no longer seeks permission and plans to tokenize the entire wallet of 8000 BTC into 800 billion Ceiniog Coins (INI), with a 1:1 value match to Satoshi, based on Bitcoin, driven by OP-RETURN, integrated with Stacks, Runes, Ordinals, and expected to be launched later in 2025.
