The answer to the question of whether we have the financing to support a long-term investment programme in Jamaica, is YES. We have carefully and responsibly managed the Jamaican economy. Through strong fiscal discipline and strategic planning, we’ve created the conditions that allow us to not only envision development, but to fund it sustainably over time. Our administration has made it a deliberate practice to demonstrate this progress tangibly, week after week, with groundbreakings, handovers, project activations, and infrastructure improvements. These are not announcements; they are visible markers of delivery and execution. While not every Jamaican may have access to the benefits immediately, there is a structured, well-financed programme in place, backed by sound economic management, that ensures continued progress and delivery across the country.
