Before returning to Israel, I concluded my official visit to the Baltic states at the Beit Bella Synagogue in Tallinn, Estonia, where, together with the local Jewish community, we prayed for the immediate return of the hostages. The Jewish community in Estonia serves as a bridge between our nations — deeply committed to preserving Jewish history and heritage, and standing in steadfast solidarity with the State of Israel during these difficult times. The visits to the Baltic states - Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia - focused on advancing Israel’s efforts in the international arena, first and foremost, the call for the release of the hostages and the fight against terrorism. In meetings with heads of state, senior officials, and the Jewish communities, we worked to strengthen diplomatic, economic, and strategic cooperation between Israel and its Baltic partners.(יצחק הרצוג Isaac Herzog)
