Parataxis to merge with SilverBox and raise $640 million to establish a Bitcoin treasury company

On August 7th, Parataxis Holdings announced its merger with SPAC company SilverBox Corp IV, planning to raise $640 million to establish a Bitcoin treasury company and list it on the New York Stock Exchange under the stock code PRTX. After the merger, Parataxi is expected to receive up to $240 million in funding, depending on the redemption situation of SilverBox shareholders. In addition, the company has signed an agreement to issue up to $400 million in equity to support its Bitcoin treasury strategy.
