Orca proposes to repurchase ORCA tokens with 55000 SOL tokens

On August 7th, the Orca Council released a governance proposal, planning to use up to 55000 SOLs to repurchase ORCA tokens and pledge them to verification nodes. The proposal includes: daily repurchase volume not exceeding 2% of ORCA's 30 day daily trading volume, for a period of 24 months; Repurchase tokens will be used for destruction, reward, or ecological funding; Suspend repurchases when market volatility exceeds 15%. ORCA holders can vote against it within 7 days.
