The ZKsync community proposes to allocate 8.5 million ZK tokens for Guardian salaries and management expenses, covering the two-year period from September 2024 to September 2026. Propose to revoke the existing authorization for 2 million ZK coins (V1) and activate a new authorization for 8.5 million coins (V2). Among them, 7.5 million are used for annual compensation and 1 million are used for administrative expenses.
