The $12 billion BSV delisting claim case has been appealed to the UK Supreme Court, and exchanges such as Binance are among those being sued

On August 8th, it was reported that Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV) holders have appealed a $12 billion claim against major cryptocurrency exchanges such as Binance and Kraken to the UK Supreme Court. BSV holders claim that these exchanges conspired to delist BSV in 2019, causing its price to fall and missing out on price appreciation opportunities similar to Bitcoin (BTC). Previously, the case was submitted to the Competition Appeals Tribunal in 2024 but was rejected. Subsequently, BSV holders appealed to the UK Court of Appeal, but were also unsuccessful. This time, BSV Claims Limited is applying for leave to appeal on behalf of BSV holders to the Supreme Court.
