International Business Settlement establishes joint venture to enter the cryptocurrency asset business

On August 8th, Hong Kong stock company International Business Settlement (00147. HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengtai and Chen Sanming signed an agreement to establish a joint venture, with Chengtai holding 70% of the shares and Chen Sanming holding 30%. The new company will focus on cryptocurrency related businesses.
