Former Justice Minister of Montenegro proposes to issue bonds to purchase BTC and ETH

Andrej Milovic, former Minister of Justice of Montenegro, proposed issuing government bonds to raise 500 million euros for the purchase of Bitcoin and Ethereum, establishing a national digital currency reserve. He expects the reserve to appreciate to 3-5 billion US dollars in the next five years and proposes to include digital currency as collateral for loans to support the construction of national data centers and the development of transportation, energy, and other fields.
