In response to this false fabrication, serious misleading of the public, and disruption of financial order, China Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") solemnly declares the following: 1. Our company has never engaged in any form of cooperation, negotiation, or planning with relevant institutions or units regarding the so-called "rare earth RMB stablecoin". This information is maliciously fabricated by illegal elements.
