SharpLink completes $400 million private placement and holds nearly 600000 ETH

According to Foresight News, SharpLink officially announced that the company has completed a $400 million private placement at a price of $21.76 per share, led by five global institutional investors. As of August 11, 2025, the company holds approximately 598800 Ethereum tokens and has approximately $200 million in ATM fundraising that has not yet been deployed. After full investment according to the plan, the market value of ETH holdings is expected to exceed 3 billion US dollars.
