The strategy team of Bank of America has lowered their expectations for US bond yields, expecting a 2-year yield of 3.5% by the end of the year (previously 3.75%) and a 10-year yield of 4.25% (previously 4.5%). Strategists point out that recent economic data has changed the market's pricing of interest rate prospects, and the Federal Reserve may adjust its risk assessment and increase its tolerance for inflation.
