Sanctum proposes CLOUD-005 to unlock tokens in advance

The Sanctum community is discussing proposal CLOUD-005, which aims to allow early investors to unlock 24 months of CLOUD tokens in advance, but must give up 30% of the unlocked portion, which will be deposited into the team's reserves. This move aims to reduce monthly unlocking pressure and secondary market selling pressure, while adding up to 27 million strategic reserve tokens to the team.
