Scottish whisky maker Bowmore to issue tokenized limited edition whisky on Avalanche According to Crowdfunding Insider, Scottish whisky manufacturer Bowmore announced that it will issue a tokenized limited edition whisky on the Avalanche blockchain. The first batch of "collector's edition" of the project is priced at $5500, and each bottle of whiskey will be bound to a non fungible token (NFT). Bowmore belongs to Suntory Global Spirits Group and is one of the oldest whisky distilleries in Scotland. This digital attempt is the brand's first layout in the field of physical asset tokenization (RWA), aiming to provide collectors with new ways of interaction.
