Bitcoin Treasury Capital raises funds through targeted issuance to purchase Bitcoin Swedish listed company Bitcoin Treasury Capital targeted the issuance of 13803 Class B shares, raising approximately 4 million Swedish kronor at a price of 287 Swedish kronor per share. The raised funds will be used to increase holdings of Bitcoin.
