VivoPower subsidiary Tembo receives strategic investment from Energi Holdings VivoPower announced that its subsidiary Tembo has received investment from Energi Holdings PIPE at a valuation of $200 million. After the transaction is completed, Energi Holdings will hold 51% of Tembo's shares, and the related transactions still need to be reviewed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
