No one has any logical right to expect Bitcoin nodes to be economical to run or to remain small enough to fit on something like a Raspbery Pi. None. Also, hard drive space is an irrelevant limitation as I can now put TBs on a thumb drive when 20yr ago you couldn't even fit 1GB.(𝐓𝐗𝐌𝐂)
