[XRP Ledger Developers Refute Its Bottom Ranking in Blockchain Security] According to a report by Jinse Finance, XRP Ledger developers are pushing back against a recent ranking by research firm Kaiko. The ranking evaluated over a dozen blockchain networks and rated XRP Ledger's security as the lowest. This result has reignited long-standing debates about the cryptocurrency platform's level of decentralization and overall credibility. In Kaiko's 'Blockchain Ecosystem Rankings' released on August 13, XRP Ledger received a security score of 41 out of 100, placing it at the bottom among the 15 blockchains included. Ethereum topped the list with a score of 83, followed closely by Ethereum's Layer 2 network Arbitrum and Layer 1 network Solana. However, RippleX's Head of Engineering, Ayo Akinyele, stated in an interview that XRP Ledger's low score is misleading and emphasized the network's long-standing record of stable security.
