Diving Observation Diary 8.23 The observation diary is back because I have a feeling that the next 2-3 months might bring sustained market activity. For now, there isn’t a clear main narrative in the market, but topics that could become the main narrative are already taking shape: 1. Crypto stocks: Recently, both A-shares and U.S. stocks have been performing quite well. While discussing RWA, I learned that many big players in U.S. and Hong Kong stocks are already gearing up. Remember, during the last wave of crypto stocks, you could make money as soon as the news broke. This time, the same strategy applies, but make sure to cash out quickly after. Also, keep an eye on NA. 2. USD1: The news about Wlfi unlocking 20% is positive for the overall price movement of the token. Wlfi is essentially a game of power monetization. The likely trend can be compared to a pump, but it probably won’t crash too badly. During Trump’s term, the USD1 concept is unlikely to face major issues. There are quite a few tokens in this sector worth betting on. Yesterday, I convinced a group of people to buy $u, which has dropped to a very attractive price point. 3. AI: AI will always be one of the most important narratives. Currently, the leading AI project is still Spark. As long as Paris bro doesn’t jump back in, this thing is set to hit new highs. But what’s even more exciting is the possibility of truly reliable tech teams entering the crypto space. Crypto’s AI narrative is already two versions behind. 4. X-chain: Paris bro completely wrecked X-chain yesterday. The concept is insanely strong, but it’s also a good opportunity to enter as a beginner. I didn’t play the first wave, but I feel like there’s potential in the second wave. However, the current project teams on X-chain seem pretty average. We still need strong devs to step up. Honestly, I hope the real main narrative isn’t any of the above because their ceilings are too limited. I’m really hoping for something new to emerge and FOMO the entire market. Moving forward, drink less, waste less time, observe the market more, and strike hard when you see an opportunity.
