I think this market isn’t decided by the whales but by the retail investors. When everyone doubts BTC’s potential to rise, BTC is the only one going up in the market. When everyone doubts ETH, ETH is the only one going up in the market. When everyone is bullish on altcoin season, there’s no altcoin season! When everyone starts believing there’s no altcoin season, that’s when it arrives!
