Woke up to find Anoma DC in chaos! The drama started when @anoma DC held a flash event, handing out a bunch of Master roles. But the team quickly noticed that some members had received roles they didn’t deserve, so they revoked a batch of roles in the middle of the night. As for how the team discovered this, the general consensus is that someone reported it. The whistleblower, upset about missing out on the event, started nitpicking the winners. If that’s really the reason, it’s definitely frustrating. I totally understand how the reported individuals feel. I’ve been in a similar situation before—got an OG role in a community, only to be reported, and the team erased all my past contributions without even investigating properly. No one spoke up for me because they were all looking out for their own interests. Some petty people even gloated about it, perfectly showcasing what a toxic mindset looks like. Compared to some other projects, the @anoma community is still relatively united. The Chinese MOD @rtk17025 has been actively coordinating and launched a [Role Revocation Appeal Zone]. If your advanced role was removed for no reason, quickly organize evidence of your past contributions and activity, then submit it. Even if your appeal fails, you can still participate in Wednesday’s Contribution Day event. One last reminder: the official NFT @Shrimpers_nft has a new whitelist event. If you’ve got the skills, go for it! So far, we know that community contributors, Kaito, and top-ranked testnet participants have a chance to automatically get whitelisted. If you’re interested, keep pushing forward!
