When I was browsing the official website earlier, it seems like the next step is the mainnet. Yep, it’s right there. The mainnet (Mainnet) is Phase 3, featuring a stable application development interface and full support for the Resource Plasma architecture. The mainnet won’t include any @anoma-specific tokens or Anoma-exclusive consensus—but thanks to the plasma architecture, developers and users can build and use real-world applications with genuine value without relying on these tokens or consensus. During this phase, the focus will be on making Anoma applications valuable to users and coordinating further protocol iterations and efficiency improvements as needed to achieve this goal. The mainnet version will first deploy protocol adapters (allowing intent settlement) on the Ethereum mainnet and Ethereum L2, followed by deployments on other blockchains and ecosystems. Future versions will offer more options for applications, including privacy solutions, fully homomorphic encryption (FHE), multi-party computation (MPC), threshold cryptography, on-demand consensus, and Chimera chains.
