AUM in the largest cryptocurrency ETFs has doubled over the last 12 months, to ~150 billion. During the same period, gold ETFs have risen ~40% to a record 180 billion. To put this in perspective, gold ETFs were 5 TIMES larger than Bitcoin ETFs just 3 years ago. At this pace, Bitcoin ETFs could overtake gold ETFs as early as next year.
