Commissioned the Ugunja–Sega–Ukwala Water Supply and Sanitation Project and addressed the people of Magoya, Siaya County. This Sh1 billion investment is a game-changer, serving close to 20,000 households and supplying over 10 million litres of water daily to the people of Ugunja, Ukwala, Sega, and their surrounding communities.(William Samoei Ruto, PhD)
