Almost all project teams claim they're in it for the long haul, but they just go to exchanges or investment institutions to scam for funding. Angel investment, huh. So when OKX wanted to use money to attract project teams or teams to build on xlayer, it was pure fantasy. The ones that came were all trash. Meme teams are even better—they at least don't deceive anyone.
