[Gemini Announces Initial Public Offering] According to a report by Jinse Finance, cryptocurrency platform Gemini announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of 16,666,667 Class A common shares. In connection with this offering, Gemini and its selling shareholders plan to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,396,348 and 103,652 Class A common shares, respectively, to cover over-allotments. The initial public offering price is currently expected to range from $17.00 to $19.00 per Class A common share.
