Figure Technology Solutions Plans to Issue 26,315,789 Class A Common Shares

According to a report by Jinse Finance, blockchain lending platform Figure Technology Solutions has announced details of its initial public offering (IPO). It is reported that 26,315,789 Class A common shares will be issued, of which 21,461,085 shares will be issued by Figure, and 4,854,704 shares will be sold by certain selling shareholders. The IPO price is expected to range between $18.00 and $20.00 per share. Figure will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling shareholders. Figure also expects to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,947,368 Class A common shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Furthermore, Figure has applied to list its Class A common shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “FIGR.”
