SOL, you say it's strong, it looks strong. You say it's not strong, but it hasn't even broken past the $220 price. Looking at this 4-hour chart, I have zero desire to make a move. It goes up a bit, then drops a bit—could be seen as a shakeout. From this perspective, the bottom is rising. If it wants to go up, it has to break through the $220 resistance. Over the past month, the spot positions have all been piling up around the $203 level.
