Google's stock price surged yesterday! Ever since Nano Banana was launched, the already competitive text-to-image space has been completely disrupted. Coupled with the earlier release of Veo3, Google seems to have overtaken other major players in the AI+image/video race. Meanwhile, Google Gemini's large model has carved out a spot in the competition against other models, thanks to its relatively low cost and solid performance.
