214-213: House narrowly passed the 2026 energy and water development spending legislation, funding the Energy Department and water projects by the Army Corps of Engineers for next year. House has now passed its 3rd of 12 appropriations bills for 2026 prior to the Sept. 30th funding deadline. 4 Republicans voted No with all Democrats. GOP Reps. Roy & Biggs changed their vote from No to Yes before the vote was called, allowing the bill to pass. Bill now heads to the Senate.(Craig Caplan)
