A prospectus has already been submitted to the U.S. SEC. The ETF will follow the model of the Solana Staking ETF launched in June this year, utilizing a legal workaround under the Investment Company Act of 1940 by investing through a Cayman Islands subsidiary to bypass asset restrictions. The prospectus also mentions plans to launch ETFs related to XRP, BONK, and others. The SEC has shown a more open attitude toward the crypto industry this year, with over 90 crypto ETFs currently under review. Companies like Grayscale are also competing to launch a Dogecoin ETF.
