Custodian service provider Old Const has filed a lawsuit against Bitmain, accusing it of 'fabricating' reasons for contract breach and abruptly terminating the 'HASH Supercomputing Server' purchase and hosting agreement signed between the two parties in November 2024. Old Const claims that Bitmain even threatened to seek an equipment seizure order outside of Texas, violating the Texas arbitration clause stipulated in the agreement. (Protos)
