The Smarter Web Company Announces Completion of Placement of 2,043,000 Ordinary Shares

According to a report by Jinse Finance, the London-based publicly listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has announced the completion of the placement of 2,043,000 ordinary shares ("Subscription Shares") under the terms of the subscription agreement announced on June 19, 2025. The total funds raised from this placement of Subscription Shares amount to £2,612,340 (before expenses), equivalent to approximately £1.28 per share. The company is expected to receive settlement for approximately 97% of the funds early this week. Under the subscription agreement announced on June 19, 2025, the remaining balance of ordinary shares yet to be placed stands at 548,799 shares.
