Rug coins are popping up on-chain again. They collected over 20,000 SOL, sent the funds to a mixer, and still launched the token in the end. They added a 577 SOL pool, but the price kept dropping after launch. Sentiment and liquidity were already bad, and this just made it worse.
Cleared most of my on-chain positions. The 12,000 USDT I deposited a while ago—just checked, and there’s only 700 USDT left. It’s not that I can’t find good coins to buy; it’s that I don’t like staring at the ones I’ve bought. Then I forget about them, don’t sell when they pump, and they quickly go to zero. These days, most of them only have one pump.
Aside from Spark and $U, which you can hold without going to zero, almost everything else has gone to zero.
Now I’m focusing on researching secondary markets and long-term on-chain projects. Not paying attention to short-term plays for now, because when others make money on these projects, they’re making it off of me. Even your 100 USDT liquidity is the first to run away.
