HSBC and BNP Paribas Join Privacy-Focused Blockchain Canton

Odaily Planet Daily reports that HSBC and BNP Paribas have announced their participation in the Canton Network, a permissioned, privacy-centric blockchain favored by banks and major financial institutions. Previously, Goldman Sachs and Moody's joined in March of this year. The Canton Network currently operates on a permissioned blockchain and is equipped with a 'global synchronizer,' enabling transactions and settlements across different networks without compromising data control.
