I experienced Xcade, which is a game platform built by @ b3dotfun and XRP on XRPL EVM using XRP Gamechain. To be honest, it was smoother than I expected: just open it and you can play it. Several small games have a fast pace and a mobile experience, without the need for extra wallet settings. After playing for a while, you can also get some XRP rewards. For new users who have just started playing on chain games, the threshold has been lowered. But what deserves more attention is actually the cooperative logic behind it. XRP Gamechain is built on B3's AppChain architecture, which allows the transaction fees and revenue generated on the chain to be fed back to B3's repurchase. Simply put, the activity and traffic of XRP are not limited to the narrative level, but are directly converted into long-term buying for B3. This is different from other projects that simply call themselves' ecological narratives'. Why do I think this point is important? Because in the process of moving forward, the direction of the industry is actually very clear: The policy push in the United States has gradually institutionalized RWA, which is the foundation of on chain finance. But what truly brings people in is never compliant policy provisions, but consumer grade applications. Games, socializing, and entertainment are the scenes that allow users to stay. B3 happens to be stuck in this position. On the one hand, it forms a closed loop within the ecosystem through the AppChain model, and transactions are directly mapped to token demand; On the other hand, it continues to expand outward, first binding to Base, and now collaborating with XRP to bring its own model into a larger ecosystem. This strategy of "internal circulation+external expansion" can not only capture the growth of consumer applications, but also lock the value of tokens in real scenarios. From an investor's perspective, I think there are three signals for this collaboration: one ️⃣ On the product level: Xcade has already started running, no longer just PPT. two ️⃣ Economic logic: XRP's flow and transaction fees repurchase B3, forming a tangible cash flow binding. three ️⃣ Market position: B3 is currently still at a low price, with support, buying interest, and application promotion, making it a rare cost-effective range. If we only look at 'playing games', we may think it's just a few small games, but looking back, this may be an early case of the consumer market truly running smoothly. When the flywheel starts spinning, XRP users will become B3 users. The more active the ecosystem, the more sustained the repurchase, and the more stable the value. So I would consider this collaboration as an interesting entry point: For players, Xcade makes "play and earn" feasible and simple; For XRP holders, this is a new real consumption scenario; For B3, this is an action of turning narrative into value. Interested friends can try Xcade first. The cost is very low, but you can feel the direction that B3 wants to go in the consumer track.
