[CITIC Trust's CITIC Xinhui Launches RWA Digital Token Using Convertible Preferred Notes on Ethereum Mainnet] Foresight News reports, according to Hong Kong media HKEJ, the overseas trust license company under CITIC Trust's wholly-owned overseas platform, CITIC Xinhui International Capital Limited, announced its collaboration with Hong Kong-licensed virtual asset exchange EXIO Group to issue the first real-world asset (RWA) digital token using convertible preferred notes (Token Name: EXCB-25, Ethereum Mainnet) in Hong Kong, supporting subscription with stablecoins. CITIC Xinhui, as the Chinese state-owned trust service institution in the RWA issuance process, will provide core registration functions for certifying and connecting on-chain and off-chain assets.
