Senate Energy & Natural Resources Cmte approved President Trump's nominees Laura Swett and David LaCerte to serve on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Both FERC nominees were favorably reported out to the Senate on 12-8 votes with only King (I-ME) joining all Republicans.(Craig Caplan)
