Ice Frog Rating First Release: Why Did Linea Only Score 3.4? The strongest scoring system for airdrops reveals the truth! How to translate Why do I call Linea airdrop a disaster level? In this article, I will propose for the first time the "airdrop impossible triangle" model, objectively rating Linea from the perspectives of users and projects. I hope it can give everyone some inspiration. For the project team, a good airdrop theoretically means measuring the following three points. one ⃣ High user benefit value: including token value, time return rate, and single account value. The higher the given single account value, the better the market reputation. two ⃣ High traffic/volume: Attract users and media exposure through airdrops, expand project and ecological influence. three ⃣ Low airdrop cost: Spend small money, do big things, try to control budget expenditures, and avoid excessive airdrop debt. Generally speaking, these three dimensions form the impossible triangle of airdrop. This impossible triangle is a goal that any project party should pursue, as the saying goes: both need and need ...... The Linea project team spent various cost budgets on witch detection, human nature verification, and continued to gain traffic exposure, resulting in excessively long PUAs, high airdrop debts, huge user time and opportunity costs, and severe dilution of user revenue value. As a result, the project's reputation was greatly damaged, community trust was basically lost, and key costs were not saved. From the user's perspective, at least a score of 0 in terms of experience can be regarded as the industry benchmark. The community is constantly affected by project PUA, especially in the end, it is not as good as the exchange brushing two days of Alpha, which is a disaster level. The success of a project depends on traffic in the short term, value in the medium term, and consensus in the long term. Linea belongs to the category of using false short-term traffic to destroy mid-term value, and then diluting long-term consensus with mid-term value. The inspiration for future projects is that if your airdrop cannot have good choices and respect for user value, once you lose trust, it will be irreparable! PS: The Linea scoring table is shown in the following figure. Please feel free to provide different scoring opinions.
