REGARDING LINQTO: I had planned to provide an update this week. However, the bankruptcy hearings got continued. Please understand that because I represent one of the members on the Creditors Committee and have been privy to confidential communications, I am bound by that confidentiality from sharing non-public information. On Monday, I believe a settlement Term Sheet will be filed with the court and thus, become public. Therefore, I will do a spaces on Monday - after the document has been filed and explain everything that I can, including the next steps and also answer questions.
