"Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Framework" Version 2.0 Released

Golden Finance reported that on September 15, during the main forum of the 2025 National Cybersecurity Awareness Week, the "Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Framework" Version 2.0 was officially released. To implement the "Global Artificial Intelligence Governance Initiative," Version 1.0 of the "Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Framework" was launched in September 2024 and garnered widespread attention both domestically and internationally. Over the past year, artificial intelligence technology and applications have developed rapidly. To address new opportunities and challenges, under the guidance of the National Cyberspace Administration, the National Internet Emergency Response Center led the organization of AI professional institutions, research institutes, and industry enterprises to jointly develop Version 2.0 of the Framework. As a technical document of the National Cybersecurity Standards Committee, Version 2.0 builds upon the 2024 Framework, incorporates advancements in AI technology and application practices, continuously tracks risk changes, refines and optimizes risk classification, explores risk grading, and dynamically adjusts and updates prevention and governance measures.
