Notes: - New contract launch times: ASTERUSDT at 12:00 (UTC) on September 19, 2025, and TRADOORUSDT at 12:30 (UTC) on September 19, 2025. - The funding rate cap is +2.00%/-2.00%, settled every 4 hours. - Binance may adjust contract specifications, including leverage and margin requirements, based on market risks.
