Understanding this means understanding aster. Right now, bn is taking action against hype. From what I’ve seen in my years in the space, bn usually takes three approaches: 1. Defensive: NFTs are an example. They create some wealth effect that’s neither here nor there, and in the end, it just fizzles out. 2. Ignorance: Memecoins. They simply don’t list them, cutting off the source. 3. Proactive: Like how they made the bn wallet to counter the okx wallet, or bn alpha. Now it’s hype’s dex. bn has been much more aggressive this year. The market is at a peak of excitement right now—everyone’s all about aster. Let’s see if they pour cold water on it, or if aster has even bigger ambitions.
