According to WuShuo, via the Tongling Intermediate Court's official WeChat account, the Zongyang County Court in Anhui recently concluded a case involving unjust enrichment due to virtual currency transactions. In the case, Ding purchased 1,300 Tether coins at a unit price of 7.44 yuan through a platform, totaling 9,672 yuan. After seller Wu confirmed the order, the sale was completed, and payment was received. However, Ding later claimed that Wu's earnings constituted unjust enrichment and demanded a refund. The court ruled that Tether transactions violate public order and good morals, rendering the actions invalid. Losses should be borne by the parties involved in the transaction, and the law does not provide protection. The court thus dismissed the plaintiff's claims. https://www.(wublock123.com)/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=6&id=49166
