Another ZK race has arrived, with succinct in the front and Raspberry in the back. Is @ brevis_zk, led by Binance and Polychain, still rolling in?

Brevis is an innovative ZK infrastructure project known as the 'infinite computing layer for Web3 and everything'. It helps blockchain achieve arbitrary data access, complex computation, and cross chain verification without sacrificing scalability or privacy through ZK co processors and efficient ZK virtual machines. Simply put, Brevis enables smart contracts to "read" historical on chain data, run custom calculations, and efficiently validate results on the chain, thereby solving the bottleneck of traditional blockchain in handling big data and complex logic.
At present, Brevis has integrated with ecosystems such as Linea, MetaMask USD, Usual, Euler, etc., supporting scenarios such as DeFi, RWA, and stablecoins, with a TVL target of $1 billion.
In November 2024, a seed round financing of $7.5 million was completed, led by Polychain Capital and Binance Labs, with support from well-known institutions such as IOSG Ventures, Nomad Capital, Bankless Ventures, HashKey Capital, and others.
The core technology of Brevis is zkCoprocessor and Pico zkVM, the latter of which is a modular, high-performance general-purpose ZK virtual machine that supports developers to flexibly choose proof systems (such as Groth16 or Plonk) and achieve economic incentives of "10x cost reduction".
The working principle is as follows:
Data access: dApps can read any on chain historical data through Brevis without the need for full node storage.
Off chain computation: Complex logic is executed off chain, using ZK proofs to generate short validation results.
On chain verification: Prove on chain, with verification costs as low as "commodity level", supporting unlimited scalability.
Unlike other ZK projects, Brevis emphasizes "privacy preserving InfoFi," such as using ZK proofs in Yapper Leaderboard to verify on chain behavior (OG users, DeFi experts, or diamond holders) without exposing wallet addresses. Its Pico zkVM also supports multi chain integration (such as Ethereum, Linea), which has been applied to PancakeSwap's on chain loyalty proof and MetaMask USD's reward pool. In the future, Brevis plans to build a proof of market to further reduce costs and promote ZK as an 'invisible infrastructure'.
