According to Bloomberg, FTX Recovery Trust filed a lawsuit on September 23 in the U.S. Delaware Bankruptcy Court against Bitcoin mining company Genesis Digital Assets and its co-founders Rashit Makhat and Marco Krohn, seeking to recover assets totaling approximately $1.15 billion. The lawsuit alleges that these funds were illegally transferred by SBF through commingling and misappropriation of FTX customer deposits.
