ETH has been testing the $4000 support level. This morning, it dropped directly from $4180 to $4071, but almost instantly recovered. The liquidity below was completely absorbed. From this, we can see that there’s still some support funds at the bottom. Otherwise, it would’ve been hard for the market to quickly break below $4000. The 4-hour red line zone has already been tested twice. If there’s going to be a rebound, it’ll happen within this week, with Friday being the latest for an upward move. If not, after consolidating here for a while, bulls might exit when they see they can’t break through the strong resistance above, leading to continued downward movement and eventually breaking below $4000. Binance’s alpha tokens remain strong and unaffected by the overall market.
