CFTC is doing its best to keep up with SEC, but there's only so much that can be done under an acting chair. The time wasted waiting for a new CFTC chair is by far the greatest failure of crypto policy in 2025. This should be the White House and Senate's top priority right now.(Jake Chervinsky)
