Back in the day, I experienced a few large-scale companies undergoing strategic transformations—some pretty extreme ones. These were often driven by new CEOs who completely overturned previous achievements, going all-in on a single bet. These kinds of transformations are incredibly risky. From what I’ve experienced and observed, they usually result in significant losses and missed market opportunities.
I get the feeling that Cosmos’ current transformation has a bit of that same vibe. Not sure if they’ve really thought it through before going all-in on a single point. The question for Cosmos is: is there really such a huge conflict between serving enterprises on-chain and building an ecosystem? The world isn’t always black and white...
